To ensure the best experience for all students, please note the following guidelines:

• Cancellation Notice: Kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows us to accommodate other students who may be on the waiting list.
   
• No-Show Policy: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show.
   
• Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur. Please communicate any such situations as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
